Brian’s experience in mergers and acquisitions in the public and private marketplace gives his clients the necessary tools to evaluate corporate strategies. He assisted companies with their corporate strategy, corporate development, tracking industry and competitor trends, marketing, corporate financing, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Brian is an accomplished Senior Executive with strong management abilities and a track record for developing and delivering new and next generation products and services.  Brian was the CEO at iFood Systems out of Dublin, Ireland where he helped transition the company from a research and development company into a commercial entity.  As CEO of dHybrid Systems, he transformed the company from a family-owned business to a market leader, resulting in the sale of the company to Worthington Industries, a NYSE listed Fortune 500 Company.

Brian is married with one daughter. He loves to spend time with them hiking and skiing. He is an avid golfer and fly fishermen. He supports the homeless with three fundraisers every year.
